ON THE CORNER OF 5TH AND MAPLE- Directed by Jack Franklin

A young man’s chance encounter might change his life forever.

In a Narrative Film Production class, my professor gave us each a couple of pre-written scripts from years past to go and produce over the semester. While I had no part in the writing of this film, it was such a fun challenge to take this admittedly mediocre script, and turn it into the best short film we could possibly make.

The production was a tricky one, with our locations cancelling hours before we were set to shoot. Eventually, I found a few spots on campus that would work well for the shoot, hopefully working all as one space in the film.
